  • 人生苦难重重。这是个伟大的真理,是世界上最伟大的真理之一。它的伟大,在于我们一旦想通了它,就能实现人生的超越。只要我们知道人生是艰难的– 只要我们真正理解并接受这一点,那么我们就再也不会对人生的苦难耿耿于怀了。
  • 所谓自律,是以积极而主动的态度,去解决人生痛苦的重要原则,主要包括四个方面:推迟满足感、承担贵任、薄重事实、保持平衡。
  • 正确评估自己的角色,判定该为何人、何事负责,既是我们的责任,也是无法逃避的问题。评估责任归属,必然让我们感觉痛苦,从而产生回避倾向。
  • 神经官能症患者让自己活得痛苦,人格失调者却让别人活得痛苦。
  • 为了规避,人们会选取各种捷径。我们想克服困难,想更快地达到目标,总想选择更容易、更快捷的道路,这就是所谓的”捷径”。毫无疑问,作为正常人,我们都希望自己进步得更快,希望通过合理的捷径,实现心智的成熟,但不要忘记:关键的字眼是”合理”。
  • 凡事直言不讳的人,极易被上司认为是梁鹜不驯,甚至被视为”捣乱分子”,是对组织和集体的威胁。若想在组织或集体中发挥更大的作用,更需注重表达意见的时间、场合和方式。若想成为符合需要的集体成员,发表意见须有所节制,而不是随心所欲。
  • 要获得正常的生存,生气是一种必不可少的反击方式。从来不会生气的人,注定终生遭受欺凌和压制,直至被摧毁和消灭。
  • 放弃人生的某些东西,一定会给心灵带来痛苦。九岁的我贪恋风驰电掣,不肯放弃一时的快感,来换取转弯时的平衡,最终让我体会到:失去平衡,远比放弃更为痛苦。我想不管是谁,经过人生旅途的急转弯,都必须放弃某些快乐,放弃属于自己的一部分。回避放弃只有一个办法,那就是永远停在原地,不让双脚踏上旅途。
  • 自律,就是一种自我完善的过程,其中必然经历放弃的痛苦,其剧烈的程度,甚至如同面对死亡。但是,如同死亡的本质一样,旧的事物消失,新的事物才会诞生。死亡的痛苦是诞生的痛苦,而诞生的痛苦也是死亡的痛苦。
  • 爱,是为了促进自我和他人心智成熟,而具有的一种自我完善的意愿。
  • 想让别人真正爱你,恐怕只有让自己成为值得爱的人。
  • 在婚姻关系中,夫妻间应当有分工:妻子负责下厨、整理房间、出门购物、照顾孩子等等,而丈夫则出外赚钱、坚持储蓄、修剪草坪、修理家具等等。情感健全的配偶,可以适当更换彼此的角色:男人偶尔做饭,陪伴孩子玩耍,打扫房屋等等,这些对于妻子而言,不窗为一份美好的,。物。此外,也可以考虑为对方做”兼职工作”,比如在丈夫生日当天,妻子主动代替他修剪草坪。适当进行角色互换,就像是进行有趣的游戏,可以给生活增添更多的情趣,更可以减少对对方的依赖性。它可以训练我们在失去伴侣支持的情况下,仍然正常生活,而不是突然间失去主张,不知所措。
  • 真正的爱,不是单纯的给予,还包括适当的拒绝、及时的赞美、得体的批评、恰当的争论、必要的鼓励、温柔的安慰、有效的敦促。父母应该成为值得尊敬的领导者、指挥官,告诉孩子该做什么,不该做什么。要依据理性的判断,而不能仅凭直觉,必须经过认真思考和周密计划,甚至是做出令人痛苦的决定。
  • 虐待狂和被虐待狂,都与性的需求、性的联想有关。不管是别人受苦,还是让自己受苦,患者都会感受到某种生理快感。

GTD Tags

GTD Tags

Project- This is a muti-actions task
Inbox – Collection of all the actionable items
Action – Currently handling items, especially for the actions of today (Do it right NOW)
Calendar – Making schedule, using the note subjectdate in Evernote as the action start date (Will do it on a fixed date/peroid/time)
Someday – TBD items, maybe do this some day when i have time (Maybe will do it someday )
Reference – Reference materials not actionable items, can link to other resources (notes/files…).
Archive – Archive the completed items
GTD Flow: Collect > Process > Organize > Review > Do
Tag Flow:
Project -…-> Inbox/Calendar->Action/Someday->Archive/Reference
Note:
1. If you can put the task at a fixed date or time, put it to Calendar tag, else just setnd to Inbox (which is like a repository) and process it later; after review the Inbox, put those TBDs in Someday.
And all the current tasks need to be put into Action and process. After done, tag it with Archive.
2. The GTD System need to reviewed eveyday in order to update the Action box EVERYDAY.

你还在用Evernote摘录网上内容么,不妨试试这个……

我之前也是在用Evernote摘录互联网上自己感兴趣的内容,但是有以下几个苦恼:
一是对于网页内容过多或者嵌入图片过多的网站我不敢随意按下Win+A(Evernote摘录快捷键),因为担心Evernote数据库文件过大而影响反应速度;二是我担心过多的记录来自互联网的内容会冲淡自己在Evernote上记录笔记,而且还会使笔记的组织更加困难……
所以我一直在想是不是可以寻找一个好的网页快照工具,很幸运我发现了Google Bookmark,它的优点有:
1. 可以在自己第一次利用Google搜索的时候点击搜索结果后的星号,将这这个搜索项加入到自己的Google Bookmark;
2. 在浏览任意互联网内容时,可以通过Shareaholic或者其他插件/Google 工具栏等将自己浏览的内容加入到Google Bookmark;
3. 最棒的是Google Bookmark会全文本的记录你的书签网页,这大大方便了自己以后搜索书签;虽然这样,你仍然可以给书签添加Note,突出显示重点内容;
4. Google Bookmark提供了标签和列表二种方式来组织书签;另外,你还可以利用list来共享自己的书签给亲朋好友或者公开给所有人,社会化自己的书签
5. 与Google History集成,让你搜索你曾经浏览的感兴趣网页;
6. 与Google Search集成,当使用Google搜索时,如果书签中含有搜索内容,会优先显示到搜索结果刘表的顶端,提高了搜索效率;
你可能也会想到的Google Bookmark的一点不足是——它必须在线浏览,无法脱机,但随着互联网WiFi/3G的普及,这个应该也越来越不是问题了!

信息管理(Google Bookmark/Reader/Buzz + Evernote)

  1. 信息获取和保存

   根据信息产生地的不同可简单分为以下几类,对每一种类的信息由相应的保存方式。
  • 互联网网页:利用书签服务(例如Google Bookmark)添加描述或者Note后在云端保存。这种方法的优点是便于同朋友分享网络信息,例如将书签加入到一个公共的Bookmark List中。
  • Google Reader的订阅。对个人而言有价值的,就加Star/Note/Tag保存(后续可以对其加星表等),对朋友有价值的,就添加到Shared Items。如果实在需要自己保留一份,则可以Send To Evernote。Done!
  • 电子邮件:电子邮件内容,可以直接放在邮箱中保留(推荐使用Gmail邮箱)
  • 本地文档:可以用桌面搜索等工具来提供搜索。
  • 纸质媒介:对于类似书籍报刊等纸质媒介,可以直接将提取的信息内容保存到Evernote,或者直接将有用部分扫描到Evernote。
  • 个人想法:当然,因为Evernote的便携性,也可以使用它来快速捕捉来自自己的想法,
      总而言之,对于外界的原始信息,可以采用Google Reader/Bookmark来获取和保存;对自己非常有用或者源于自己的信息,可以用Evernote来记录。(这样的好处可以保持Evernote的清洁,便于自己定期回顾和整理。)
 
2. 信息处理/知识提取
  • 花费5分钟以内的事宜立刻处理,例如回复Email或者记录自己的闪念等
  • 否则进入GTD系统,详见Evernote与GTD
3. 信息共享/发布
  • Evernote Shared Notebook. 将欲分享的内容直接拖到自己Evernote的共享笔记本中,另外,将共享内容手工Copy并发布到WordPress Blog上,然后同步到Google Buzz.
  • Share (with note):这样其他人就可以通过你的共享阅读地址看到你的共享条目(例如http://www.google.com/reader/shared/bill.bin.shi),或者通过RSS订阅
  • 其他的互联网共享内容或者状态更新可以直接使用Google Buzz发布,然后同步到新浪/Twitter
3. 信息安全与备份
总体而言,信息的存储地为Evernote(个人信息/@GTD)+Reader(订阅信息)+Bookmark(书签内容),发布中心为Buzz。
以上内容都不需要进行备份,但是对于其他本地的多媒体文件或者工作用文件,则手动备份。

P-S管理法 –> Evernote + GTD

P-S管理法介绍:P-S管理法即Priority+Serverity管理法,对工作进行两个维度的分类,然后根据任务的重要紧急程度顺序来完成。
Evernote+GTD:就是利用Evernote来作为Get Things Done系统。

Google Dictionary + Evernote

Google Dictionary是个很好的英语在线字典,但是可惜“生词本”功能很弱,只有一个加星标的功能,索性加自己日常需要学习的生词短语等全部记录到Evernote,以供自己隔段时间后的复习。

词库大小估计,以每个词条占用空间10K来估计,2000个词就是20M,这个空间也不算太大,可以接受!
